The new ezyCollect User Management Portal is designed to streamline and enhance essential user interactions, including password resets, instance switching, user management, and advanced security features like multi-factor authentication. With an intuitive interface, it reduces friction while ensuring a seamless and secure login experience, safeguarding your credentials at every step.
First-Time Login
Please sign in at https://portal.ezycollect.io/account/login
You'll be prompted to reset your password
An email from ezyCollect with the subject line, "Let's reset your password" will come through. Simply follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password and successfully logged in, you will see all available ezyCollect instances (accounts) that can be accessed under your new consolidated credentials in the Dashboard below.
Alternatively, you can use Google / Microsoft single sign-on to access this Dashboard.
User Settings
In the ezyCollect Portal, you have access to the User Settings (menu on the left) for each instance. Here, you can configure:
My Account
Profile - upload your profile picture and fill in your basic profile information including email; name; phone number; address and job title.
Security & Privacy - reset your password; enable multi-factor authentication; view your login session.

Users
Audit Logs - View and download audit logs
