User Login and Management

The new ezyCollect User Management Portal is designed to streamline and enhance essential user interactions, including password resets, instance switching, user management, and advanced security features like multi-factor authentication. With an intuitive interface, it reduces friction while ensuring a seamless and secure login experience, safeguarding your credentials at every step.

First-Time Log in

  1. For new Users: ezyCollect / a Manager User from your Company will send you an email invitation with a link to set your password.

    For existing Users: You may be prompted to reset your password if you have access to multiple ezyCollect instances (files).

    Note: For Users with access to a single ezyCollect instance, password reset is not necessary.


  2. An email from ezyCollect with the subject line, "Let's reset your password" will come through. Simply follow the prompts to reset your password.


  3. Once you have reset your password and successfully logged in, you will see all available ezyCollect instances (files) that can be accessed under your new consolidated credentials in the Dashboard below.

    Alternatively, you can use Google / Microsoft single sign-on to access this Dashboard.


ezyCollect Portal User Settings

In the ezyCollect Portal, you have access to the User Settings (menu on the left) for each instance. Here, you can configure:

My Account

  1. Profile - upload your profile picture and fill in your basic profile information including email; name; phone number; address and job title.

  2. Security & Privacy - reset your password; enable multi-factor authentication; view your login session.

Workspace

  1. Users

    1. Invite new Users

    2. Edit roles of existing Users; set their access period; log them out and delete Users


      Note: only Manager Users can see all Users; their details and make changes.


  2. Audit Logs - View and download audit logs

User Configuration (in your ezyCollect instance)

In your ezyCollect instance under the Users menu, all users will have access to:

  1. Profile: This is your ezyCollect Portal Profile (see above) where you can manage general security/privacy details such as password and MFA.

  2. Notifications: Each user can decide which notification(s) they want to receive from the system.
