If you have changed your MYOB file username or password, this change must be updated in ezyCollect to ensure that your account syncs regularly.
In order to update this information:
Log into your ezyCollect account
Go to Settings
Then navigate to the Configurations tab
To Update the Company File Name:
- Under the Database Setting, go to Client Database Path
- Click Edit
- Input the updated company file name after the "arlive:" for exampl: arlive:API Sandbox Demo 40
- Once completed, click Save to make the changes or Cancel to void any changes.
To update Username & Password
Under the Database Setting, go to the Client Database Username and Client Database Password
Click Edit
Input your MYOB username and password. These details should be the credentials which you use to open your MYOB after selecting your company file. (Eg. Administrator/<No Password>)
Once completed, click Save to make the changes or Cancel to void any changes.
If you are using MYOB's single sign on option, the username will be 'Administrator' and password will be blank.
