Managing users in ezyCollect

Decide which users need to receive all alerts and messages from ezyCollect

ezyCollect comprehensively communicates with its users. Your business might decide that only some of your users need to receive all ezyCollect system alerts and / or call notifications.

To switch alert messages and communication emails on or off for users: 

  1. Click on Users from the left menu.

  2. Click on the Edit  button to make changes to a particular user's settings.

  3. In the Edit User pop-up page, tick or untick Send Alerts to, Call Summary Notification, Debt Collection Alerts and Receivable Risk Report. Learn the different email notifications a user receives here. 

  4. Click Save User to confirm your changes.
