Account Registration & Terms

You must provide your full name, a valid email address, and other information requested in order to complete the application for the Client Ambassador Program

Your company must be an existing client of ezyCollect to join this program.

Each account is for use by an individual user or a single entity.

An individual user or a single entity/company can join the Client Ambassador Program as an ambassador.

Responsibility for the security of any usernames and passwords issued (including those of any Invitees) rests with you.

You may not use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Referral Links & Promotion

You will be provided with a unique referral link that identifies you when the link is used on any channel to the Client Ambassador Program. The link will be automatically generated on Partnerstack. It is your responsibility that the links you use are correctly formatted, without altering the tracking tags as that may impact how ezyCollect can attribute registrations to your referral link.

We use cookies to track your referrals. These cookies are attached to our landing pages which your unique links will lead to. Cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days start again.

As you sign up for the program, a unique referral link is generated for you to use to promote in different channels. Once a lead subscribes to any of ezyCollect’s products using your link, our system will automatically communicate with Partnerstack to credit the commission on your Partnerstack dashboard.

Resources & Assets

As you join the program, you may find assets that can be used within the promotion of the links. You may not modify these assets in any way. ezyCollect reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove assets at any time without notice.

The assets that will be provided are the following:

  1. 3 Social Banners - LinkedIn, Facebook, Email

  2. Email copy

  3. eBooks

  4. PDF Case Studies

  5. Product Brochures

  6. Demo videos/links

  7. Client Ambassador Partner Pack Presentation

ezyCollect reserves the right to terminate your affiliation with the program if any meaningful spam complaints naming us or our services result from the use of our assets in your promotional initiatives.

Lead Referrals & Rewards

Lead referred by a Client Ambassador must not already exist in the ezyCollect database, and if the lead exists it must be dormant for the last 12 months with no interaction.

Lead referred by a Client Ambassador must not have been referred by any of ezyCollect’s existing partners.

For the deal to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the prospect must click-through your unique referral link so that the referral can be attributed to you.

The referral fee is 15% of the paid subscription revenue in the first 2 years of the customers that you refer. The first referral fee will be credited to your Partnerstack account after the customer pays their subscription. Succeeding referral fees will be credited/payable every month. Referral fees are only earned once the client you referred completes their monthly subscription payment to ezyCollect. No referral commissions apply if the client you refer hasn’t paid us or is on a free trial, for the period that they don’t pair or are on a free trial.

Lead Exclusions:

The referral fees apply for leads/companies who:

  1. Are not already existing clients of ezyCollect

  2. Are not existing leads already in our sales process

  3. Are not part of the UBT group - as all UBT group companies are covered by the UBT Group Buying Program

Customer Definition

Every lead who subscribes to any of ezyCollect’s 3 products - Workflow, Credit Insights, or SimplyPaid - through the Client Ambassador program is deemed to be a customer of ezyCollect. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies and operating procedures concerning pricing, subscription plans, customer service, and services sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.

ezyCollect is not responsible for any representations made by a Client Ambassador that contradict our rules, policies, or operating procedures.

Payment

Referral fees/rewards are paid via the Partnerstack platform after subscription and payment of the referral are verified.

To withdraw your funds, you must first link either your Stripe or PayPal account to your Partnerstack account.

Customer payments refunded or payments charged back for any reasons do not qualify for referral fees.

A report of rewards and withdrawals of referral fees are available to the Client Ambassador by logging into their Partnerstack account.

The referral fee structure is subject to change at our discretion.

ezyCollect reserves the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments, and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.
