What is Risk Portfolio?

The Risk Portfolio aims to empower our clients by enabling data-driven decisions, reducing financial risk, and optimizing debt recovery operations through seamless integration with our debt recovery agency partners.

How to set up your Risk Portfolio Dashboard?

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account

  2. Under the Dashboard menu, you will see Risk Portfolio. If this is not enabled in your accounts, please contact customersuccess@ezycollect.com.au

  3. You will be prompted to setup your Risk Portfolio. When setting up, think of what you considered as 'risky' to your business and the different criteria behind. This will help you set this up.

If you click Configure Later, the default criteria below will be setup for you:

    • Balance Overdue > 5000

    • Days overdue > 60

    • Failure Risk >= moderate (if you have an active Credit Insights subscription)

    • Exclude customers empty

    • Enable Auto-referral disabled

If you click Configure Now, you will be prompted to setup your Risk Portfolio accordingly.

The fields available are:

  1. Balance Owing

  2. Balance Overdue

  3. Oldest Days Overdue

  4. Direct Debit Active - only applicable when you have active ezyCollect Payments and direct debit enabled

  5. Auto Collect Active - only applicable when you have active ezyCollect Payments and direct debit enabled

  6. Risk Level - only applicable when you have active Credit Insights subscription

  7. Risk Group - only applicable when you have active Credit Insights subscription

You can choose and combine filters that you deemed 'risky' in your business. For example: Balance Overdue is Greater than 10,000 AND Oldest Days Overdue is Greather than 60 AND Risk Level is Greater than or equals to Medium

You can also choose to Exclude Customer from your RIsk Portfolio, by typing the customer name.

Once you have entered your criteria, you can click and Preview Results to show you the Top 5 customers by Balance

Finally, you have an option to enable auto-referral? What does this mean:
If you click YES - customers that match your criteria will automatically be sent to your debt recovery partner eg. ARMA.
If you click NO - then you review and manually select which customers you want to send to your debt recovery partner eg. ARMA

Click Save to save all your criteria settings and your Risk Portfolio Dashboard will be displayed.
