A feature of ezyCollect is that it sends automated reminders from your own nominated email address like accounts@companyname.com or johnsmith@abccompany.com This allows you to personalised your outgoing email address. All replies to ezyCollect emails are also sent back to this email address.

To successfully do this you must change and verify your outgoing email address.

Change or Edit and Verify your Outgoing Email Address

1. Login to your ezyCollect account.

2. From the menu bar on the left hand side, go to Settings and then Company Details

3. Under the outgoing email, click Edit and input the email address you wish (please ensure you have access to that email for the next steps). Enter the email address and click Save.

4. A verification email will then be sent to this email address from Amazon Web Services. Check the email inbox (or junk/spam folder as it can sometimes land there) and follow the next steps.

Be sure to open the verification email and click on the link within the email to complete the process within 24 hours as the link will expire.
