ezyCollect allows you to customize not only your workflow schedule but also your email reminder templates by using merge fields.
Merge fields makes it easier for you to include certain details or information across your email templates without having to type them manually every time.
Merge fields sources are as follows:
- My Details - contains your company details saved in ezyCollect under Company Details page
- Billing Details - contains your bank details also saved in ezyCollect under Company Details page (Payments)
- All invoice related merge field - pulled across from your accounting software
- All customer's contact related merge field - pulled across from your accounting software
