You are able to configure on what you consider the Reasonable lateness and Critical lateness of invoices past their due dates.

Reasonable Lateness - this is what you considered still reasonable past the due date of the invoices* (or based on your credit terms). Default setting is 30 days.

Critical Lateness - this what you considered past the critical lateness of the due date of the invoices* (or based on your credit terms). Default setting is 90 days.

*Due date of the invoices that are active or not excluded in ezyCollect are considered here. If you have excluded certain invoices, then they will not be included in the threshold.

To change the configuration:

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.

  2. From the Dashboard, click on Credit Insights

  3. On the upper right hand corner, click on the Credit Risk Settings and enter the number of days then click Save to enable changes or Cancel.

  4. Once configuration is updated, you will see the changes in different risk groups (if applicable).
