Configure your invoice attachments in the automated New Invoice and Pre-Reminder Emails: 

  1. Login to your ezyCollect file 
  2. Go to Settings, then Configuration 
  3. You can edit the New Invoice / Pre-reminder attachment setting to include: Link only (default setting), or PDF only, or Both Link and PDF.  Choose your preferred setting and click Save. 

Configure your customer statement in the automated Email Monthly Client Statement

  1. Login to your ezyCollect file 
  2. Go to Settings, then Configuration 
  3. You can edit the Monthly Client Statement Attachment Setting to include: Link only  (default setting) or Both Link and PDF. Choose your preferred setting and click Save. 

Attachments in the Communication Workflow (1st to 6th Follow-up Email) 

  • Please note that there's no attachment configuration for these. 
  • If you select to attach Overdue invoices and/or Customer Statements, the default attachment setting of Links and PDFs will apply. 

Important Notes: 

ezyCollect and Simplypaid users

Invoice and statement attachments will be configured to have the View Invoices or View Invoices/Statements button relevant to what is being attached. Once you or your customer/debtor clicks on the button, it will revert to the your customer's unique Simplypaid page.
