ezyCollect comprehensively communicates with its users. Your business might decide that only some of your users need to receive all ezyCollect system alerts and / or call notifications.
To switch alert messages and communication emails on or off for users:
- Click on Users from the left menu.
- Click on the Edit button to make changes to a particular user's settings.
- In the Edit User pop-up page, tick or untick Send Alerts to, Call Summary Notification, Debt Collection Alerts and Receivable Risk Report. Learn the different email notifications a user receives here.
- Click Save User to confirm your changes.
