You might want to send a bulk email if you need to communicate a new offer, opening hours or update to all or a number of your customers. Because you can personalise these messages with merge fields, your customers will feel like they are getting a personal email from you.
First, log into your ezyCollect account:
- Click Customers from the left hand menu.
- Click into the tick box next to customers you want to email.
- From the Actions drop down menu, select Send Email.
- A pop-up box appears with a draft template.
- Edit your template with subject and text in the body of the message. Remember to make use of the merge fields—simply drag and drop the fields you require from the right hand side menu.
- Click Preview button to check your email before sending. (It's always worth checking!)
- Click the Send button and voila! you have communicated with many in seconds!
