There are three types of users in ezyCollect: standard users, call centres and managers. Whilst managers are able to undertake a range of activities in ezyCollect with ease, standard users are required to input an authorisation code in order to verify their actions. This authorisation code can be changed by managers at any time to ensure that standard users cannot freely make changes.

  1. To retrieve an authorisation code, login into your ezyCollect account. 

  2. You will be directed to the Company Pulse page. Click Users from the left menu. 

3. From the Users page, scroll down to find the Authorization Code box.

4. Note the presence of an Edit button. Managers may edit the code at will to ensure that it stays unknown to standard users.
