ezyCollect users can add another (second) automated monthly client statement to their customers at chosen date, time, timezone and create new or use existing templates.

Please note you can only set-up a maximum of 2 automated client statements.

How to enable (second) automated client statement

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.
  2. Go to Settings, then Communications Rules.
  3. Click Add New Monthly Client Statement button.

4. Configure and edit the second monthly statement.

5 . Click Save to save the changes in your statement workflow setting.

6. Click Enable to enable and activate the workflow.
