This solution is only applicable to MYOB AccountRight Live users integrated to ezyCollect

The invoice format used by ezyCollect is picked up from the Customers Card File (see images below).

After selecting a Customer you will see the Selling Details tab.

In this tab, there is a field called Printed Form. 

ezyCollect uses the template that you have selected in this field. This the format of your invoice copies included in your reminders and statements. 

To change the format, simply select the template you prefer. 

You will need to set this up for each customer in MYOB as the default value.
