You can send invoice copies from ezyCollect by following the steps below:
Go to Customers' Page
Select the customer
On the bottom of the Customer's Profile, you can see the list of open invoices for the customer
Select and click the invoice
Click Email. This will direct you to the email template
Edit the template, then click send
