How to send an On-demand Customer Statement

send and setup on demand customer statement individually or in bulk outside of your automated workflow

Send on demand statement within ezyCollect as your customer requests it.


โ€‹How to send on demand customer statement in bulk or selected custoemrs.

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.

  2. Go to Customers page.

  3. Select the customer or number of customers you want to send the on demand statement to.

  4. Click the Actions button on the upper right hand corner.

5. Click send Customer Statement. You will be prompted to select whether to send via Email, Fax* or Postal Mail*. You will also be notified that any Pause or Excluded customers from the selection will receive on demand statement .

*sending via Fax or Postal Mail will incur additional costs

6. Select the communication type, in this case Email confirms that you want to go ahead and send to Paused / Excluded customers too.

7. Review and edit on demand customer statement 'email' template settings and set-up the following:

  • Send to contacts tagged as

  • Attachment Settings

  • You can choose a template based on the Template library. By default, it will use the automated Statement Template [original] if you have not had set-up any other templates yet. To learn how to create more templates, check out this Templates guideline.

  • Edit the subject and message of the actual email templates

  • Click Preview to check how the email will look and when ready to send click Send or click Cancel to abort any changes.

How to send on-demand customer statement individually.

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.

  2. Go to Customers page.

  3. Select or click on the Customer [name} that you want to send the on demand statement to.

  4. Click the Actions button on the upper right hand corner.

  5. Select and click Send Customer Statement.

6. Choose Email (or Fax* and Postal Mail*) as the delivery delivery type. *sending via Fax or Postal Mail will incur additional costs

7. Review and edit on demand customer statement 'email' template settings and set-up the following:

  • Send to contacts tagged as

  • Attachment Settings

  • You can choose a template based on the Template library. By default, it will use the automated Statement Template [original] if you have not had set-up any other templates yet.

  • Edit the subject and message of the actual email templates
