When NetSuite or JCurve is setup with ezyCollect, the first sync will bring across all customer contact details.
Customer contacts that are setup as "Primary" or "Main" contacts will be set to receive communications in ezyCollect by default. These contacts will be tagged with Receive All Communications.
All other customer contacts will also be visible in ezyCollect but will not be tagged.
