ezyCollect

When MYOB EXO is setup with ezyCollect, the first sync will bring across all customer contact details.&nbsp;

ezyCollect will then automatically enable the selected "Statement Contact" from MYOB EXO (located in Details 2 tab) to be tagged to Receive All communications in ezyCollect.

All other customer contacts will also be visible in ezyCollect but will not be tagged.&nbsp;

When you update the statement contact in MYOB EXO, this will also be update in ezyCollect after it's next sync.
