By default, ezyCollect shows you only debtors that owe you money. The advanced search function allows you to hone in on specific data when you are searching.
i.e. If you have a group of debtors owing over, $0.00 on their third payment reminder and you want to search this group try using the advanced search function:
Click on Customers from the left menu.
Click the Filter button on the right hand side of the Customers page.
Complete the fields in Balance Owing, Total Overdue, Days Overdue, Follow-up Stage, Customer Status.
Click Apply Filter to see the results.
In the example below, we search for all customers in the debt collection stage by clicking Debt Collector under Follow-up Stage.
Note- You can export to excel by clicking the export to excel button
