You should use this feature when updating customer contact details, checking their transaction history, follow-up stage and recorded customer conversations. In this example, we are searching for debtor, "Bank West".
Login to ezyCollect. From the left menu , go to the Search field. Type in the customer name you are searching and press Enter.
The customer page will appear.
Protip: If your search doesn't find the customer you are looking for, reset the search filters by removing other filters found on top of the Customers page. Try this, because by default, ezyCollect searches only for customers with a balance owing of more than $0.
