This article will highlight the different sections of our online cash/credit application form. For all customisations (such as renaming tabs/fields; adding/removing sections; adding drop downs; conditional selections; adding check boxes, etc) please contact customersuccess@ezycollect.com.au.

Introduction Page
This is the first page your prospect/customer will see. The text can be edited in the "Forms" tab in your ezyCollect. See how to configure your credit application form.
Company Info
AU/NZ: Once you enter your ABN/NZBN and selected your business from the drop-down menu, the form will auto-populate relevant details.
US: You can search by Company Name alone or fill in the State and/or City as well.
Cash/Credit Application (Allows the customer to choose the application type)
Contacts
You can separate the details on this page to include different types of contact; what details your prospect/customer needs to provide and what needs to be mandatory.
Addresses
Director Details
By default, at least one Director / Office Holder is required.
Trade References
Your prospect/customer can provide as many trade references as they want by clicking the "add new" button on the bottom left of the page.
Documents
All essential documents can be uploaded on this page. You can make some mandatory and others optional. You can also have conditional documents - for example, they've selected a specific credit term and consequently they need to supply additional documents in support.
Signer's Info
The final step is for your prospect/customer to review and confirm all the details in the application form and accept your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Once your prospect/customer clicks the "Review" button, they will get a chance to review their details before submission. Once submitted, they will see this screen. They can download the completed form for their reference.
The PDF contains the following information:
All information filled on the Credit Application form
Terms and Conditions
Signer Details (who filled the application form)
Hand Drawn signature
IP address

You will also receive an email confirmation with the completed PDF form:

Partially completed application - Continue filling out the form at a later time
Once the company info is completed, your prospect/customer can choose to "save draft", and come back to the form at a later stage. A window will pop up asking them to provide an email address to which the form link will then be sent to.
