One of ezyCollect's features is the ability to send a on-demand customer statement to selected customer/s.


How to send on-demand customer statement individually

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.
  2. Go to Customer's Page
  3. Select the customer or number of customer
  4. Click Communications Actions - A drop-down menu will pop-up
  5. Click send customer statement
  6. Choose email as delivery type or Print, Fax* and Postal Mail*
  7. Review and edit {the email} template.
  8. Preview and when ready to send Click Send

*sending via Fax or Postal Mail will incur additional costs

How to send on-demand customer statement in bulk to select customers

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.
  2. Go to Customer's Page
  3. Select multiple customers you wish to send the statement to
  4. On the upper right hand corner, Click Actions
  5. Select Send Customer Statement

6. Choose email as delivery type (or Fax* and Postal Mail*)

7. Once you select email, it will automatically send the email.
