One of ezyCollect's features is the ability to send an on-demand statement to your customer. Here are the steps:

  • Go to Customer's Page
  • Choose the customer
  • Click Communications Actions - A drop-down menu will pop-up
  • Click send customer statement
  • Choose email as delivery type
  • Review and edit the template
  • Click Send

NOTE: You can also choose other delivery methods such as Print, Australia Post* or Fax*
