ezyCollect has a number of communication type that you can use within your communication workflow and one of them is to send fax. 

  1. Just go to "Communication Rules" tab and choose any follow up you want to setup to fax.

  2. Click "View and Edit" and then Click  on the drop down tab of communication type.

  3. Click "Fax" and setup the schedule number of days and your template as the email template will serve as the cover letter that will be first sent as fax and the attachments (e.g. invoices) will come next.

This is an add-on service and will have additional cost of: 

up to 100 Fax per month will be $15+GST* per month
up to 300 Fax per month will be $30+GST* per month
