When the customer contact first sync for MYOB Advanced to ezyCollect, it considers a number of information fields as "Contacts":

  • The contact information of "General Info"

  • The contact information of "Billing Settings"

  • The contact information of "Contacts"

Whilst each of these contacts are synced over to ezyCollect, the contact from "Billing Settings" is the only contact/s that automatically set to tag with Receive All Communications by default in ezyCollect.

Please note: 

  • If the "Same as main" option is selected/check in the "Billing settings" tab, ezyCollect does not sync the contact information from, "General Info".
