When these versions of MYOB are first synced to ezyCollect, we bring across all customer contacts from the accounting software. 

If the customer contact from MYOB has a valid email address, it will automatically tagged to Receive All Communications in ezyCollect and this will be the default recipient of automated ezyCollect reminders. 

If there are multiple contacts that have valid email addresses these will also be visble in ezyCollect and they will also be tagged to Receive All Communications.
