When ezyCollect Payments Finance & Billing team sends your Fee Invoice on a monthly basis, this will show a summary of fees collected and/or amount owing that is due for the invoice sent. This Fee Invoice is usually for the transactions from the previous month.
If you want to get the detailed breakdown of the transactions within your Fee Invoice, you can do this by following the steps below:
Login to your ezyCollect file.
If you have ezyCollect Payments enabled, on the left hand side, go To Transactions.
Use the Filter button and select the available filters to refine the report. The following filters are available for you:
Transaction date* - filter a range of transaction dates
Customer - for a specific customer or part of the name.
Status - filter by the status of the transaction
Processing - Transactions that are being processed / refunds that are being processed
Successful - Transactions received through ezyCollect payment provider successfully (i.e. cleared and settled)
Refunded - Transactions that have had their amounts fully or partially refunded (i.e. cleared refund; partial refunded; refunded)
Failed - Failed transactions; see full reasons of why transactions fail.
All - Showing all transaction statuses
Paid amount - filter a range of paid amounts [original amount requested plus surcharged fees if applicable.
Select the relevant filter/s required, the click Apply Filters once done.
Note: *If you want a full summary of the fee invoice, then please select the previous month on the date range.
4. Click Export, and go to the Transaction Fee Statement and select Excel. This will automatically download the report based on your applied filters.

Please note the following information found in the report:
Payments Tab
Company Name - your company/business name
Transaction Date - date when the transaction happens
Status
Processing - Transaction is being processed
Cleared - Transaction has been processed and the payment can be settled soon
Settled - Funds have been settled to your nominated settlement bank account
Processing Refund - Refund is being processed
Cleared Refund - Refund has been processed and ready to settle soon
Refunded - Refund settled and the amount is fully refunded
Partial Refund - Refund settled and the amount is partially refunded
Failed - Transaction failed to go through
Status Date - date of the last status change
Settlement Arrival Date - date when funds were settled in your nominated bank account
Customer - your customer who made the transaction
Description - reference to what your customer is paying for i.e., invoice number/s, sales order number/s, or a short note on payment reference
Payment Method - Indicate the credit card type (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfer
Original Amount - payment amount without fees (if you are surcharging)
Paid Amount - original amount plus any surcharged fees (if applicable)
Requested Refund Amount - The amount you requested for a partial or full refund
International Card - indicating if international card was used - Yes or No
Collected Fee Amount - fees automatically collected at the time of transaction
Post Paid Fee Amount - fees that you choose to absorb and pay at the end of each month. These fees are payable and will be deducted to your nominated payment details.

Company Name - your company/business name
Transaction Date - date when the refund is submitted for processing
Status
Refund Cleared - Refund has been processed and ready to settle soon
Refunded - Refund settled and the amount is fully refunded
Partial Refund - Refund settled and the amount is partially refunded
Refund Date - date of the partial/full refund
Settlement Arrival Date - date when the refund amount was settled in your nominated bank account
Customer - your customer who made the transaction
Description - reference to what the refund is for for i.e., invoice number/s, sales order number/s, or a short note on payment reference
Payment Method - Credit card or bank transfer
Original Amount - Payment amount without fees (if you are surcharging)
Paid Amount - Original amount plus any surcharged fees (if applicable)
Refunded Amount - Partial or full amount refunded
International Card - Indicating if international card was used - Yes or No
Refund Fee - Amount per transaction (inc GST)
Important Note: Please note that this report is currently not available to selected clients in Cost Plus model. Transaction Fee Statement will be sent together with your Invoice Fee from our billing team.
