When ABM is setup with ezyCollect, the first sync will bring across all customer contact details.

ezyCollect will identify the main contact in ABM as the Main Accounts Contact (found in the customers page and in the contacts tab). This means that this contact will be assigned the tag ‘receive all communications’ in ezyCollect by default.

Main Accounts Contact will be the main recipient of the automated ezyCollect communications.

ezyCollect will also bring in all other contacts but they will not have any tags in ezyCollect.

To tailor specific customer contacts to receive different automated communications in ezyCollect, please check our Customer Contact Tagging and Advanced Communication Workflow Settings.
