ezyCollect can help you send your customer statement whether it's automated or on-demand. The data in the statement is based on your accounting or ERP software as it syncs to ezyCollect.

Statement Design

ezyCollect does not bring in your statement design from your accounting or ERP software. We have 2 statement designs available for you.

  1. Basic Monthly Statement - template is show below. By default, the basic monthly design is used in your ezyCollect files.

2. Premium Statement - premium statement design as shown below is available to Simplypaid users and selected plans.

How to preview your statement template:

  1. Login to your ezyCollect account.
  2. Go to Customers Page; select and click the customer name you want to preview the statement.
  3. On the upper right hand corner, click on Actions then click Send Customer Statement.

4. You will be prompted to select the method, select Print and this will open to a new window. Please ensure you disable any pop-up blockers in your browser.

5. The statement design will open to a new window and you can preview the format and content of the actual statement before sending it to your customer (or print it as well).
