In ezyCollect, SMS is not only utilized through our automated workflow but you can also send manual SMS to any of your clients within ezyCollect. 

  1. Go to customers page and choose any client you want to send manual SMS to
  2. Click action tab and choose send SMS
  3. Create your SMS message and if your client has a mobile number stored it will be automatically pulled. But if you wish to send to a different number, kindly type in the mobile number in the number field above

Steps: 

Please note that SMS has limited number of characters. We recommend for you to create a short yet precise message.
